Technical Support Analyst

Job description

For our customer based in Brussels, an European Institution, we are looking for a Technical Support Analyst to provide Information Systems technical support for customer issues.


  • Collaborate with users and other It team with collaborative tools
  • Analyse user problems and provide potential workarounds for problems
  • Raise information and production incident (bug) to the development team
  • Raise information and change request to the project team
  • Develop and maintain the knowledge base for user support
  • Report on incidents and problems


Your profile

  • Graduated from a Bachelor's degree, you have at least 3 years of experience in a similar function
  • You can bring Methodical and disciplined problem solving skills
  • Knowledge of UML, BPMN, Business analysis and business processes modelling
  • You are familiar with Information Systems matters and technical knowledge on the projects aspects, large organization administrative business processes
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
  • You have experience working with the following tools and methodologies:
  • AG ARIS, Atlassian (Confluence), Aurea Jive, IBM Rational Team Concert and DOORS Next Generation
  • Project Management PM², Agile
  • Software development RUP, SCRUM
