For one of our key clients - Airbus, headquartered in Amsterdam - we are looking for a Vulnerability Analyst to join the team onsite that will support the client’s security‑monitoring ecosystem..

For the needs of the client, you must be based onsite in Amsterdam/nearby and have full rights to work in the Netherlands.

More specifically, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing vulnerability monitoring

  • Processing incoming vulnerability warnings, alerts and reports

  • Overseeing the management of known vulnerabilities through established processes and procedures

  • Triaging based on verification, level of exposure and impact assessment

  • Analyzing and examining vulnerabilities in hardware or software

  • Validating the existence of suspected vulnerabilities by determining where they are located and how they can be exploited

  • Communicating with technical teams to assist in the fastest assessment and mitigation of vulnerabilities

  • Notifying the various parts of the Contracting EU‑I or constituency about vulnerabilities and sharing information on how to fix or mitigate them

  • Verifying that the vulnerability response strategy has been successfully implemented

  • Performing regular vulnerability scans of systems and applications, writing reports including recommendations for improvements, and following up the remediation process for identified vulnerabilities

  • Providing regular reports and dashboards (based on KPIs) to monitor security improvements by utilizing the client platforms

  • Proposing improvement actions on systems monitoring

  • Participating and assisting the technical teams in case of a zero‑day vulnerability

  • Reviewing the technical security compliance of systems against defined security baselines, writing reports and following up the remediation process for identified non‑compliance

  • Participating in the definition of security baselines

  • Providing activity reports to management to demonstrate service SLA and service quality

  • Documenting internal processes that enhance the service

Job requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Vulnerability Analyst or similar.

  • Knowledge and experience with at least some of the following technologies: Rapid7, MS Defender, AWS Inspector, and ServiceNow
